Step 1: Initial Conversation & Clarity
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your idea, your goals, your audience and where you’re currently at. This is where confusion settles and clarity begins. Together, we decide the best path forward for your book.
Step 2: Planning & Structure
Your book is mapped out with intention. We clarify the message, structure, word count and timeline so you know exactly what’s happening and when. This creates a strong foundation and removes guesswork.
Step 3: Writing & Development
Whether you’re writing the book yourself with guidance, or the project is fully managed, this phase is about bringing the story to life. I support the process, keep momentum flowing and ensure everything stays aligned with your vision.
Step 4: Editing & Refinement
Professional editing pathways are coordinated to refine the manuscript while preserving your voice. This stage strengthens clarity, flow and trust with the reader.
Step 5: Design & Illustration
Your book takes visual form. This includes cover design, interior layout and illustrations (if applicable). I manage communication with designers and illustrators, ensuring everything works together cohesively.
Step 6: Publishing, Printing & Distribution
ISBNs, publishing platforms, printing options and distribution are finalised. Your book is prepared for print and/or digital release, ready to be shared with the world.
Step 7: Final Delivery & Next Steps
You receive your finished, print-ready files — and guidance on next steps if you wish to promote, launch or expand your book’s reach. Your book is complete, and your story is officially out in the world.
